Delivery

When we receive a valid order we will aim to dispatch it within 48 hours if received before 1pm on the day of ordering. If the order is received after this time it will be processed the next working day. Orders received at weekends and after 1pm on Fridays will be processed the next working day.

Most orders are sent via 1^st class royal mail signed for or recorded delivery. Both these delivery methods require a signature.

Delivery charges: Free delivery is applicable with orders of £50 and above in the U.K mainland only. This excludes Scottish highlands and islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.

Orders under £50 will be charged at £3.99 unless otherwise stated.

Deliveries to Scottish highlands and islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly will be charged at £7.98.

In the case of small / light items and conversely for large / heavy items postage will be clearly shown on the product information.
