www.presentdaysonline.co.uk is wholly owned by present days (Wakefield) LTD. The company registration number is 4812225 and the company is registered in England.

Payment

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT charged at 17.5%. We accept credit / debit card payment via secure trading & PayPal

All payments are processed via our secure online system

We also welcome orders over the phone (Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5pm)

Orders are only accepted when payment is received 

Back Orders

We try to stay in stock of all products at all times but in the unlikely event that an item you order is out of stock it will be placed on back order. We will e-mail you with the option to cancel your order should you not wish to wait for your item.

Returns

To ensure you receive your item in perfect condition every care is taken in checking and packaging your goods before they are shipped.

Should the goods you have ordered be unsuitable they may be returned to us within 14 days from receipt for exchange or refund (less our outgoing postage) providing you have informed us prior to returning the goods.

We will not accept returns of special order items or earrings.

All items to be returned must be: unused, in its original packaging with all tags and be accompanied with your receipt (we recommend you also keep a copy of your receipt).

Your refund will be for the value of the goods and will not include the postage costs. Unless the goods received by you are faulty or damaged we are not responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you send goods back via recorded delivery so you have proof of postage.

You will be informed via e-mail when your return has been received and all refunds will be processed within 30 days by original means of payment.

We reserve the right to amend, change or delete products listed on our site and the way in which product images and descriptions are shown.
